printer, or ours on their behalf ensuring all printing is
done per spec and delivered on time. |

COPYWRITING & JOURNALISM
Details: A brief is received from the client by the account
manager who then seeks the best resource available for the
specific copy/writing needed. The work is delivered to the
accounts manager who does a quality check and sends this onto
the client for approval and author’s corrections. We
also do proof reading and sub-editing [‘subbing’]. |

EVENT MANAGEMENT
Details: Our event management services start at conceptualising
an event, finding venues and costings, putting out invites
and following these up and getting confirmation of attendance.
We act as liaison at the event and ensure the smooth setting
up and running thereof. We additionally provide post event
services including surveying and further marketing activities. |

MARKET SURVEYS
Details: These surveys are either face-to-face, telephonic
or via email. The full extent of the data required is assessed
with target publics and purpose. The questions are compiled
with the client until finalised and then the survey is done.
What the clients receives back is a complete tabulation of
the surveys along with a report and recommendations. |

PRESS RELEASES
Details: The client briefs the account manager who then sources
the most suitable contractor to write the story. All relevant
research is done and the story written and submitted to client
for initial corrections. Two sets of author’s corrections
are allowed for until the client approves the release. We
then submit the release to relevant media and chase this up.
We also record where the release is published and chase the
publication for copies |

NEWSLETTER SERVICES
Details: Our newsletter service includes: branding and initial
set up of both electronic and printed newsletters, creating,
finding and writing copy for content plus taking photos or
creating images for the newsletter. We can publish the newsletter
electronically [from client created lists] as well as in print
and distribute these as needed to mailing or emailing lists. |

CORPORATE IDENTITY CREATION
Details: Our Corp ID services can be limited to just logo
tweaks to developing or redeveloping full Corp ID’s
or full identity overalls . We also do applications of this
to stationery i.e. emails, letterheads, web sites, business
cards, compliment slips, invoices & building signage.
To ensure uniform usage and application we will manage to
changeover to new Corp ID’s and create a comprehensive
brand manual. |

Details: Our full web service includes all conceptualisation,
branding, graphic design and copywriting. We can also provide
